Design And Implementation Of Software Outsourcing Enterprise Operation Management System

With the adjustment of China's industrial structure and the rapid development of information technology,the software outsourcing industry has become the focus of the development of China's software industry,and it is developing at an amazing speed every year.However,for the software outsourcing enterprises,although the scale is growing,the management efficiency is gradually decreasing,and the operation management is a very weak link,and there are many problems.This article focuses on the software outsourcing business operation process and operation management system.First of all,according to the actual business situation of software outsourcing enterprises,we identify core business indicators and core financial indicators.Analysis of enterprise's business delivery chain and L2 C business chain(Leads To Cash).Then the association model between the two is established.Finally,with the help of information technology,we develop an operation management system that can cover the whole business process.This paper introduces the main business process identification,requirement analysis,architecture design,design of various functional modules,database design and so on.The functions of project management,item management,order related project management,human map management,transfer management,equipment site management,Deuteronomy management,data extraction management and other functions have been realized.It makes the project implementation process more transparent and visualized,and the integration and extraction of all kinds of information is more effective,and the allocation of resources is more perfect and efficient.The system studied in this paper applies the idea of operation management to the practical application of software outsourcing enterprises,which is a new attempt.The L2 C delivery chain has been fully covered in the business life cycle.Meanwhile,in the framework design,we also fully consider the increase of later functions and the modification of detail function points,which makes the system more scalable.
