| The amount of evaluation data generated by various services on the Internet is increasing constantly.Tasks are assigned to appropriate operators for processing,which can achieve twice the result with half the effort.Therefore,how to perform task assignment properly based on evaluation data is an urgent problem to be solved.In this thesis,according to the two data characteristics of the task,namely,the emotional tendency characteristics of the evaluation data and the category characteristics of the task data.This thesis analyzes the task assignment from user and project aspects.On the one hand,users are analyzed to calculate the task assignment tendency of users(users who submit tasks)from their historical task assignment evaluation data.On the other hand,analyze the project and find out the factors that affect the task assignment.There may be some key factors in the current target task to be assigned,such as task category,user rating,etc.,which will affect the task assignment.In view of the two aspects,this thesis proposes a task assignment method combining user and project.The main work contents include:Firstly,on the user side,this thesis excavates the user's task assignment tendency by constructing the scoring matrix.The score in the scoring matrix is the combination of evaluation and score,and evaluation is the evaluation of each task assigned by a third party.Specifically,emotional classification is carried out on the evaluation by using the emotional tendency analysis technology.Each emotional category corresponds to a score,and the score after classification is weighted and combined with the score.Secondly,on the project side,after the task assignment tendency of users is obtained in the previous stage,the factors affecting task assignment and the task assignment tendency of users are taken into comprehensive consideration,and collaborative filtering technology is used to find suitable operators for task assignment.Finally,this thesis takes the historical customs declaration form data of the customs as an example,which is processed by desensitization and deformation of sensitive data to meet the security lock of relevant data of customs at all levels.Experimental results show that the proposed method is accurate and can improve the efficiency of task execution.This thesis designs and implements a customs review and dispatch system,which can dispatch the risk declaration to the appropriate reviewer for review. |
