Design And Implementation Of RFID-based Document Management System

In the enterprise management,the document is the intuitive embodiment of the work achievement and the accumulation of corporate soft power.More and more managers have been aware of the importance of document management.Enterprises hope to adopt information technology to improve document management level.For the current enterprise document management problem,this paper design and implement RFID-based document management system.This system adopts advanced computer,network communication and RFID technology.The system uses intelligent file cabinet with back-end database management system to realize the information management of document inventory,query,borrowing and return.System provide user with intelligent file cabinet to centralized and unified management document.This paper firstly introduces the background,significance,related knowledge and technology of the document management system.Secondly,system requirement analysis is carried out,the frame structure and functional modules are clarified,and the overall and detailed design of the system is carried out on this basis.Finally,the detailed design and implementation of the system framework and key functional modules are described.The system designed in this paper has been used,basically meets user requirements and improves enterprise document management efficiency.The system has a simple interface,complete functions,easy operation and widely use.
