Research On Functional Perfection Of Mainstream ERP Software Based On Management Accounting Requirements

With the economic reform and the integration with the internationalization,what we need in our country is to manage the talents of the accounting,to manage the budget involved in the accounting.The real-time control is directly supported to the decision-making level,which can create value for the enterprise.On October 19,2017,the Ministry of Finance issued a series of 22 management accounting application guidelines such as "Management Accounting Application Guide No.100-Strategic Management" which was released following the issuance of the "Basic Guide for Management Accounting" in 2016.China's management accounting Another major breakthrough in guiding the system is also an important measure for the Ministry of Finance to redouble management documents and vigorously promote management accounting in the past five years.Based on this background,the research of this paper focuses on the functional improvement of mainstream ERP software,in order to find out how to better promote the path and method of enterprise management accounting practice with the current mainstream ERP software.The research is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.In this chapter,the background,significance,goals and methods of the research,current research status at home and abroad,the content and main framework of the research and research characteristics are carried out.The explanation.The second chapter is an overview of the basic theory.In this study,the concept of ERP is defined,the historical evolution process of ERP is summarized,and the management thought of ERP is given.At the same time,the ERP system and management accounting related theories and tools are summarized.The third chapter is the functional support performance of the current ERP system.In this chapter,the current situation of the enterprise is analyzed.The support performance of the budget management from the enterprise,the support performance of the cost management,and the balanced scorecard are In-depth analysis of performance in the ERP system and support performance for operational management.The fourth part is the lack of current mainstream ERP software system in support of management accounting.In this study,the analysis of the current ERP system in support of management accounting from the aspects of budget management,cost management and performance management is analyzed..In the fifth part,this study proposes to solve the countermeasures of the current ERP system in support of management accounting summary problems.This study strengthens organizational changes,implements management accounting,improves enterprise efficiency,introduces business rules,and realizes the matching of management accounting.Budget management,control the capital movement based on budget;establish and improve the system specifications;strengthen the application training of ERP system for all employees;propose countermeasures for the preparatory work of the last-line module and simplify the error change process.In the sixth part,the research is summarized and the future research is proposed.In summary,this paper studies the current ERP system in the management accounting work to support the success and lack of aspects,and improve the ERP system,so that the system can be used to better implement the management accounting information.
