| In recent years,the application of China's mobile Internet has developed rapidly,and various mobile applications have emerged in an endless stream,bringing great convenience to our lives.Today,not only mobile applications that are used daily,but also enterprise-level information management efforts are gradually being developed in the field of mobile technology.Convenient and efficient,mobile applications have won the favor of companies and companies in various industries.This is especially true for the service delivery industry.The mobile and convenient information management system enables the on-site technical service person to conveniently perform pre-service confirmation,situation feedback and post-service delivery work when providing service.It is convenient to understand the situation on the spot and the support of backend resources and friendly interaction with customers.Greatly improve their work efficiency and customer service experience,reducing service costs.This article develops and designs a mobile application for such a service delivery system.This topic focuses on the service delivery issues of Digital China Information Technology Corporation.The research object is mainly on-site first-line engineers who provide services to the company.The engineer can carry out the dispatch and delivery of the service,and then go to the site to complete the service process,and can perform real-time situation feedback and backup support resource situation query.After the service is completed,feedback on the completion of the service will be saved in accordance with the regulations,and evaluation and feedback on the relevant support resources can also be performed.In order to realize the basic functions of the service delivery system and meet the user's requirements,this paper applies the object-oriented programming technology and method and the front-end design method based on the interactive flow modeling language IFML to the business process design and front-end page design.The frontend development of the system is realized through the cross-platform front-end framework vue.js.The migration and expansion of functions based on the original webbased service delivery system.In order to better meet the business needs of different terminals,the reusability of the database is realized by setting the transit server.The analysis design and implementation methods used in this paper can meet the characteristics of mobile application development very well,and deal with the compatibility problems that different types of mobile terminals need to solve,which saves a lot of development work and improves.Document reusability.At the same time,it can well realize the system business requirements,and can also provide a friendly operation interface,which is convenient for users to perform the operation and management of the defense. |
