Research On Archives Information Service Based On WeChat Official Account

With the widespread use of mobile terminal devices,mobile information services are increasingly meeting the needs of mass modern information.As one of the most influential mobile information service platforms in China,WeChat has a very broad user base,and it is easy to operate,provides real-time information,covers comprehensive functions,in the meantime,it possesses many advantages,including not restricted to time and space,low cost,and humanized service and so on.Therefore,the provision of information services by the archives through WeChat official account has become a new hotspot and trend in archival work,and also makes it possible to provide users with high-quality archival information services.Through investigation and research on the current WeChat official account of archives(hereinafter referred to as the "Archive official account"),the author finds that due to the influence of various factors,most of the information services the archives official account provides lack a unified construction plan,and the development level is uneven,bringing trivial influences.Therefore,by analyzing the basic information service condition of the archives,this paper explains what aspects the information services archives provide should cover from the theoretical perspective.At the same time,in view of all aspects of archive official accounts,inliterature research,theoretical analysis,status analysis,user survey and other researches formation service,combine comprehensive related,this paper summarizes and innovates the construction strategy of archive official accounts'information service,whose essence is thus further clarified.It is expected that some progress will be made on the basis of previous studies,which will have certain guiding significance for the construction of archives official accounts'information service,and continuously promote innovative information services.Incorporating innovative elements into archival culture promotion,reference consulting services and information resource development,and being able to explore user behaviors in view of big data analysis,deepening user information services,and constantly facilitating the development of archival information services.
