| With the vigorous development of e-commerce in China,logistics and distribution business has increased sharply.The traditional terminal distribution mode has gradually exposed many problems,such as low distribution efficiency,high distribution cost and significant negative externalities.Recently,with the continuous development of terminal joint distribution,large-scale operations can be achieved by integrating the business of various distribution enterprises,reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of terminal distribution.It has become a breakthrough to solve the bottleneck problem of terminal distribution,and has attracted the attention of enterprises,governments and consumers.In addition,as economic activities are more and more consumer-oriented,the concept of "consumer first" is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,and the layout of logistics nodes also pays more attention to customer satisfaction.(1)Combining with relevant research at domestic and abroad,based on the current situation of terminal distribution mode in China,this paper demonstrates the necessity of developing terminal joint distribution;Paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of four terminal joint distribution modes in China:cooperative self-service network,intelligent express box,crowdsourcing,third-party professional terminal joint distribution;and analyses the operation mode,service characteristics and location selection of terminal distribution network.(2)Considering the signifieant spatial aggregation of distribution demand points,K-means algorithm and DBSCAN.algorithm are selected to cluster the demand points in space.The clustering results are evaluated and analyzed by the cluster internal distance and the average distance between clusters.It is pointed out that K-means algorithm has better clustering effect on the demand points in this paper.According to the service characteristics of terminal joint distribution network,the location idea of different scale network is put forward.(3)Based on the clustering results of demand point,a multi-objective optimization model considering both the cost of enterprise location and customer satisfaction is constructed.Enterprise location cost considers transportation cost of different sections,fixed cost and operation cost of different scale network points;customer satisfaction is measured by customer burden cost,including self-raised distance cost,time waiting cost and risk cost;multi-objective function is transformed into single objective function by ideal point method of evaluation function,and solved by genetic algorithm.(4)Seven streets in Dongcheng District of Beijing were selected for empirical analysis,and the model was solved and the optimal results were analyzed to prove the feasibility of the model.The effects of changing the size of the network,the number of sites selected and the weight coefficient of the objective function on the site selection results were discussed respectively,and the location suggestions for the terminal joint distribution enterprises were provided according to the transformation of cost changes. |
