Design And Implementation Of IT Staff Efficiency Analysis System Based On URL Classification Technology

With the rapid development of internet,it has brought many conveniences to our life.IT practitioners use their wisdom and sweat to add impetus to the development of internet.Due to the heavy workload of IT posts,overtime in IT industry has become normal,resulting in the increasingly serious decline in work efficiency,and even the phenomenon of "ineffective overtime".Quantification of work efficiency is beneficial to enterprises and employees themselves.It can help employees to arrange their work reasonably,improve their work efficiency,refuse invalid overtime,and help enterprises to improve their team efficiency and optimize their staff.Employee work efficiency analysis system,combined with natural language processing technology,analyses the data of work behavior collected on the employee's work computer,and carries on the analysis of work efficiency.The main data sources of work efficiency analysis are: employee process usage,browser URL access and computer working hours.The system involves URL classification technology,web page text extraction technology and Chinese text classification technology.Web page text extraction technology is used in the system to extract the web page text linked to the URL.The method uses the text extraction algorithm based on extended text block density.When the extracted text is classified,the method is: word vector is constructed by word2 vec technology,and LSTM algorithm is used as the classification model.
