With the rise and popularity of the Internet,traditional media has been greatly affected by the rapid development of emerging media such as online media,audio-visual media,and mobile media.In the context of the rapid development of "Internet+",the traditional human resources management model of the traditional media industry can no longer.It is well adapted to the requirements of the development of the contemporary industry.Traditional media want to cater to the development trend,it must be promoted in the role of human resources management in the organization.As an important part of human resource management,salary management plays an increasingly important role in the orderly operation and long-term development of the traditional media industry.At present,the overall transformation of the media industry is the trend of the times.As the traditional media,it is necessary to do a good job in the transformation of human resources management to help them occupy a seat in the rolling competition,especially the transformation of salary management.The Internet era requires the development of the media industry and pays more attention to the role of internal employees.However,the salary management methods that the traditional media industry has been using have not been able to adapt well to the requirements of industry development.This research is based on the impact of the"Internet+" on the recruitment,evaluation system,salary system and employee career planning of the human resources management in the development of the Z half-monthly magazine,drawing on the benchmark industry case and proposing the "personal compensation" mechanism.Design and evaluate the implementation of safeguards and effects.At the same time,it also proposes the construction of the salary system of the traditional media of the same background.
