Coupling technology is a technology that uses transmission equipment and coupling equipment to transmit high-frequency carrier signals to cable lines for transmission.The main research object of this paper is the snap-in inductive coupler.Its basic principle is the law of electromagnetic induction.Based on the loosely coupled transformer model,considering the effect of the air gap,a card-type inductive coupler model can be established and its signal transmission derived.Efficiency formula.The main task of this paper is to verify the signal transmission efficiency formula of the card-type inductive coupler.Learning ANSYS Workbench,ANSOFT and other electromagnetic field finite element simulation software,according to the card-type inductive coupler and snap-on cable three-dimensional solid model of the actual structure.Taking the four main influencing factors of core air gap,line turns,material permeability and excitation frequency as variables,using control variable method,four groups of 20 simulation models under different influencing factors were constructed and simulated in turn.In the three-dimensional model,the magnetic induction intensity distribution cloud pattern can be observed,and the induced voltages on the conductor,the cable core and the shield can also be obtained.Through further data processing,the actual conversion ratio,voltage loss and coil power loss of the secondary side can be obtained.By analyzing the magnitude and variation of these quantities,the relationship between signal transmission characteristics and various influencing factors can be obtained.The experimental results are compared with the transmission formula.The results are roughly the same,that is,the transmission performance affecting the coupler has been completed.Simulate the factors.
