| With the development of China's economy and the general improvement of residents consumption level,a large number of chain catering enterprises sprang up in China.It is expected that China will become the world's largest chain catering market in the next ten years,which will be the key period for the prosperity and development of China's catering industry chain.Behind the enormous opportunities and challenges,we need to see the contradiction between the existing logistics distribution system and the ever-expanding demand of catering chain enterprises become increasingly prominent.How to optimize the existing logistics distribution system by using scientific and reasonable regulation scheme becomes more and more important.As a new enterprise in Jinan catering chain industry,Heyanji catering chain company has not yet formed a complete raw material logistics distribution plan.There are some problems such as unreasonable route design,high vehicle no-load rate,poor timeliness and high distribution cost.The existing distribution process has been unable to meet the rapid development of market demand,and it is urgent to optimize the distribution of raw materials.Based on this,this paper optimizes the raw material distribution scheme of Heyanji Company by means of modern optimization technology genetic algorithm and combining with the existing logistics distribution scheme of Heyanji Company in Jinan.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of genetic algorithm for logistics distribution and modern optimization technology and VRPTW(Vehicle Routing Problem With Time Window)model with time window constraints at home and abroad,and introduces the genetic algorithm and VRPTW model in theory.Secondly,the distribution scheme of Heyanji Company is analyzed from the aspects of reducing distribution cost,reducing distribution vehicles and shortening distribution routes.The VRPTW mathematical model of Heyanji Company is rebuilt,and the optimization scheme is obtained by MTALB operation.By comparing the data before and after optimization,it is found that the optimized distribution cost can be reduced by more than60,000 yuan a year,the vehicle carrying rate has increased by 17%,the distribution vehicle has been reduced from 4 to 3,the utilization rate has been increased by 25%,and the single distribution distance has been shortened by 15.2 km.The optimized distribution scheme hasbeen significantly improved in distribution cost,transportation distance,vehicle loading rate and distribution efficiency,which can improve the economic efficiency of Heyanji Company to a certain extent.Finally,based on the limitations of this paper and the inadequacies of objective research conditions,it summarizes and prospects.This paper summarizes the research process,research results,existing problems and so on,which provides research focus and direction for future research on logistics distribution vehicle routing optimization.After summarizing,based on the problems and achievements of this study,the article finally prospects the distribution problems of urban catering enterprises.At the micro level,the optimized distribution plan provides a reference for other catering enterprises to formulate the distribution plan,and adjusts the distribution plan structure of catering industry.To a certain extent,it has practical significance in saving transportation costs,improving efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.At the macro level,based on the goals of saving the cost of distribution,shortening the distance of distribution,improving the vehicle loading rate,and improving customer satisfaction,this paper designs the logistics distribution path of catering chain enterprises.It has reference significance for the study of logistics distribution routing problem,and provides a side perspective for the future research of VRP problem and distribution routing of catering chain enterprises in cities. |
