Research On Quality Management System Construction And Effectiveness Evaluation Of N Company Software Outsourcing Project

With the continuous refinement of social division of labor and professional development of information technology,the outsourcing of software development to professional companies has become a common phenomenon in order to more focused on the core business,reducing the operational cost and risk,improve the information rate and to meet the needs of the customers.Although the software outsourcing industry has developed internationally for nearly half a century,it has not developed in China in the past two decades.With the international economic situation changes,the information technology level is increased,the subcontractors' quality requirements are continuously,software industry management level improved,as well as the fierce competition,as a result,the quality requirements of software outsourcing are improved.Only through continuous and effective improvement methods,the quality of software outsourcing projects can be continuously improved.This paper first discusses the research background and significance of software outsourcing project quality management.It describes the current status and software project quality management in the domestic and international.It is clear that improving the quality of software outsourcing projects will play an important role.Secondly,it discusses the quality problems of software outsourcing project at home and abroad,and analyzes the current quality problems and the causes of N company from personnel,demand,technical capability,management system and social environment through causality diagram method.Thirdly,three management systems were proposed to improve the project quality,human resource management system,technical management system and management process system.The project management theory is organically applied to software outsourcing project quality management.Finally,designed a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP from the customer satisfaction,and the implementation effect of the quality improvement strategy is evaluated scientifically,and a good comprehensive score was obtained.The implementation results of this paper confirm that the quality improvement strategy has theoretical and practical significance for the quality improvement of software outsourcing projects of N company,and provide reference for other software outsourcing projects.
