As the winner of China's highest news award,the Yangtze River Awards,Jiang Zuo Su not only has a rich history of journalism,but also has fruitful academic research results.Personality is that after his transformation into a college teacher,he also made a diversified and beneficial attempt in the teaching mode.Many scholars in China have paid attention to Jiang Zuosu's achievements in journalism practice,but his research on academic viewpoints and media education is still rarely involved.This article is the first study paper involving this topic.In terms of news practice,Jiang Zuosu has multiple identities of journalists,editors of party newspapers and chairman of the group,and has achieved outstanding achievements in different positions.As a representative figure of China's journalists'successful transition to journalism educators,Jiang Zuosu's experience in practice and transformation has certain practical implications for the re-rationalization of journalists and the "metamorphosis" of traditional media people.In terms of academic research,Jiang Zuosu has made great achievements in the field of media ethics such as communication ethics,professional ethics,business ethics,international interaction ethics,and media literacy.Among them,there are "responsibility to create credibility","distribution is ethics","The world has entered the era of calculated scenesand","The world tendency of the dissemination ethics involution" other forward-looking ideas and senses of responsibility have certain research value.In the field of media education,Jiang Zuosu constantly explores the temperature of educating people in the attempt and innovation.For example,he is committed to exploring the NST teaching model that integrates theory and practice deeply,leading students to create a paper version of the Journal of Media Ethics Research and lead students to build the online version of the Media Ethics Case Library,which opened the first online ethics course in the country at MOOC and was awarded the National Quality Course.Jiang Zuosu's exploration of diversified teaching paths in media education has important reference value for the training of university media talents.The work of Journalism Ethics translated by Jiang Zuo Su not only effectively compensated for the foundation of journalism professional ethics in China,but also has important guiding value for the media industry in China to engage in specific practical activities.The four national conferences initiated and organized by Jiang Zusu,which have pioneering issues,have also played a positive role in promoting academic research in the field of journalism and communication in China.Throughout the years of Jiang Zuo's many years of journalism practice and media education experience,his heart has always adhered to the traditional culture concept of being honest and ethical,and expressing his responsibility,innovation and rigorous journalism career concept with his long career experience.This paper explores the behavioral value,experience value,position value,academic value and innovation value brought by Jiang Zusu's "this one" media person,in order to realize the enlightenment of media people with different positions,not only has important Theoretical and practical significance,at the same time,it also has reference value for practicing the wisdom of the media field in the context of the new era.
