| At present,magnetoelectric sensing systems based on magnetoelectric composite materials have been extensively studied in magnetic field detection,magnetic energy conversion,magnetic sensing,etc.However,the preparation process of magnetoelectric composite materials is relatively complicated and the external power supply is needed for this kind of system.In this paper,two new types of magnetoelectric sensing systems are constructed by using two kinds of simple methods just using Terfenol-D materials and electret materials.The magnetoelectric response of the two systems with the bias magnetic field,signal voltage and signal frequency was examined,and the magnetoelectric system was simulated by Comsol software.The results show that:(1)Experimental detection and software simulation results show that the capacitance of the two systems increases with the increase of the bias magnetic field;(2)The magnetoelectric response of both systems varies with the bias magnetic field,but the trend is opposite;(3)The magnetoelectric response of the two systems shows the same change trend,and the induced output voltage increases linearly with the increase of the input signal voltage(or signal magnetic field).(4)The induced output voltage value varies with the input voltage frequency.These results show that this type of magnetoelectric sensing system has potential applications in the detection of DC magnetic fields and AC magnetic fields.In addition,the experimental results also provide a new idea for the application of magnetoelectric effect in magnetoelectric sensing. |
