Project Resource Balance Study Of The Fixed Bandwidth Internet Network Quality Testing

The purpose of this paper is to ensure to shorten the construction period with the optimal way and to enhance the efficiency of the completion of the entire project when the whole fixed broadband network test project quality is unchanged and resources is limited.Through the analysis of 2014 fixed broadband network test engineering,using a list of WBS and work breakdown structure diagram to sort out the whole project work activities,find out the critical path of the project,and find out that it is the resource which affect the progress of the implementation mostly,and analyze the effect of these resources generated in each work activity.Basing on the fact that resource will effect the progress of the work,we could use resources demand Gantt chart,resource demand load chart and other tools,.With the fixed broadband network quality testing engineering characteristics,we could use resource planning and resource balance method under resource constraints,and to avoid misunderstanding during the implementation of the resource balance.Apply it to the actual case in 2015 fixed broadband network quality test project,and achieves the expected effect,and then we can ensure the quality and quantity to complete all tasks of the project within the prescribed time limit.It can provide a reference for the new mode of the fixed broadband network quality test in the future to solve the more complicated activities such as “Internet plus” and “platform”.
