Research And Practice On Application Of Cloud Computing Technology In The Field Of IT Project Management

With the popularity of cloud computing,more and more businesses and individuals began to enjoy the convenience and benefits brought by this new technology,and cloud computing related IT projects have begun to gradually increase,but in the same time,it has brought new challenges to the management of such IT projects.In this paper,the characteristics of IT project management in the new technology environment are studied,and the research content has practical significance and reference value.This paper first focuses on the projects under cloud computing environment,especially in time,cost and risk management.Compared with the traditional project management methods,some advantages and disadvantages are raised and analyzed.Secondly,based on PMBOK,this paper summarizes the characteristics of IT project management,and takes the practical projects as a case study,which is based on the IT project management in terms of time management,cost management and risk management.In order to enrich the tools and contents of IT project management,this paper explores the changes of project management,and for these changes,a series of project management methods for project managers can be summarized,in order to enrich the tools and contents of the IT project management with cloud computing technology.The conclusion of this paper enriches the technical tools and content of IT project management,and has a certain reference value.
