| Drug clinical trials refer to the biological sciences in human volunteers,also known as subjects.The subjects in clinical trials are usually recruited by investigators in hospitals.The main source of the subjects is usually the patients who are treated daily.Due to the limited number of patients,recruitment often fails to be completed on time.The recruitment of the subjects is the most important part of the clinical trial.The low recruitment efficiency will lead to the overdue date of the clinical trial,which not only delays the time of the new drug market,but also causes the loss of the drug research institution.With the popularity of mobile Internet and smart phones,it has become a trend to obtain information and services through mobile APP,and mobile Internet has already had a wide user base.The establishment of a mobile Internet based recruitment platform can help patients themselves find the appropriate information of clinical trials and solve the problem of the recruitment difficulties of investigators.This topic studies the design and implementation of a patient recruitment platform based on the mobile Internet.Through the research on the field of drug clinical trials and the problem of recruiting this bottleneck,the APP prototype system based on Android for the recruitment platform of the subjects is realized.The specific work contents are as follows:1.The system provides a trial search and a trial registration module for drug clinical trials,which solves the problem that patients can not effectively find clinical trials of drugs.At the same time,the registration management function is provided for the recruiter,and the demand for improving the recruitment efficiency of the candidates is realized.2.Based on the research of existing artificial intelligence recommendation algorithms,this paper designs and implements an automated drug clinical trial model based on CB(content based recommendation algorithm)to further improve the recruitment efficiency,aiming at the characteristics of drug clinical trials.3.Using Java design language,Android system technology,python design language,Django framework technology,MySQL database technology and MVP design pattern,the related functions of the system are realized,and the effects of the system function,performance and recommended model are tested. |
