Safe production of factories is inseparable from stable operation and scientific management of machinery and equipment.Breaking the traditional equipment management mode and getting rid of the constraints of regional space has become the trend of application software development.Applying intelligent mobile terminal and wireless communication technology to develop popular APP application management software has become the focus of attention and information construction of major enterprises.According to the real-time requirement of equipment management and maintenance in Baotou Rail Beam Plant,this paper effectively solves some practical problems in mobile office service of equipment management on the basis of existing equipment management experience and information system in Baotou Rail Beam Plant.This paper provides a new thinking mode for the innovation of equipment management service in Baotou Rail Beam Plant,further improves and improves the quality and efficiency of equipment information management,and promotes the mobility and intellectualization of equipment management.The function design of the equipment information management system in this paper adopts the way of "Android SDK + Eclipse + ADT",which divides the equipment information management system into modules and steps.Firstly,the paper completes the investigation of the business requirements of the equipment information management system and the functional requirements of the users of the system,and combs the current equipment management business of Baotou Iron and Steel Rail Beam Plant comprehensively.According to the actual business attributes,the business flow chart is condensed,the main functional requirements of the system are dynamically analyzed,and the corresponding use case diagram is given.Then,combined with the UML modeling and analysis of the system,the function of the equipment information management system is divided.According to the hierarchical design of functional structure and logical structure,the system is integrated and designed as a whole.Depending on the data requirement produced in the process of equipment information management,the logical structure of database and the design of data table are carried out.Establish background database and put forward scientific and reasonable database design scheme.Based on the analysis of the requirements and function design of device management business data and system security,the main function modules of device information management system based on Android are implemented by mobile client technology.The functions of the system include basic information management module,field inspection management module,equipment maintenance management module,short message alarm management module and system management module.Finally,the equipment information management system is tested comprehensively according to the characteristics of APP application testing of smart mobile terminal equipment and the test methods adopted.In this paper,the development of equipment information management system in Rail Beam Mill reduces the burden of real-time monitoring,maintenance and management of machinery and equipment to a certain extent.Through APP software,the equipment management of rail and beam factory can realize the real-time management of machinery and equipment in different regions and different time periods.The APP system developed in this paper brings great convenience to the work of equipment managers and makes equipment management more flexible.
