With the development of Internet of Things(IoT)and Wireless Communication Technology, the number of terminal devices of IoT has increased dramatically. The IoT perception layer generates a large number of data, which directly caused an increase in network transmission load and the delay or even blocking when transmission. Thus, the Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)is rapidly evolving. It processes and analyzes data at any node(edge node)with computing and network resources between the source of the data generation and the cloud center, transfer most or all program to remote edge server or data collection node which are closer to end devices and users. This can effectively reduce service delivery delays. However, there are also many other problems such as low network transmission efficiency, unreasonable network resource allocation, and large energy consumption in edge backhaul network. Therefore, this thesis studies the renewable energy and spectrum allocation problem when terminal equipment transmitting data to the edge node. The terminal equipment is sensitive to the service price. The higher the price, the smaller the terminal access demand. The energy supplier determines the energy price based on the operator's spectrum and terminal equipment demand, and charges the operator for energy costs. In this thesis, the proposed allocation problem on backhaul is modeled as a Stackelberg game between the leader(the wireless operator)and multiple followers(renewable power suppliers allocations). In order to study this game, the backward induction method is adopted.First, the pricing strategy of the energy supplier alliance is determined, then the pricing strategy of the operator is determined by studying the alliance price strategy. In order to determine the strategy of the energy supplier alliance, the pricing strategy when energy suppliers alliance is Nash stable is analyzed. Then, the cooperation strategy of each energy supplier in stable alliances is determined.Through the Shapley Value, the energy supplier's profit allocation in the alliance structure is obtained, also, the price and operator price of each energy supplier are obtained.According to the price, the terminal demand and the spectrum on the backhaul are given, and the energy allocation method on backhaul is determined. Finally, simulation results show that both renewable power suppliers and the edge node can benefit from coalitions.
