Research On Planning And Implementation Management Of Integrated Project Of CATV System In C City

With the widespread popularity of cable digital television system and the annual growth of GDP in city C,the cable TV in cities need to be digitalized.Because of many factors like the large investment scale,long project cycle and wide external links involved,the CATV system integration project is limited to carry out by many conditions,so it is particularly important to adopt scientific methods to implement and manage the project.Combines with the concrete implementation of the digitalized transformation project of C city's cable TV system,this paper studies it by using the relevant theories and methods including project management by objectives,progress management and quality management.With feasibility analysis and target management,the overall planning of the project is made clear and the specific implementation plan of the project is formulated.Gantt chart method is used to implement progress management,clarify progress objectives,set key nodes,formulate progress control plans and schemes,it gives research and propose specific solutions to problems arising in the progress.While guaranteeing the progress,we should also introduce the ISO 9001 quality management system and formulate the quality management plan rationally,set all stages of the project with objectives,requirements,management plans and control methods.In order to ensure the high quality of the project,it makes a comprehensive evaluation of the completion through the quality confirmation meeting,so as to form a closed loop in the quality management.Combined with the specific implementation of the project,the management level of the participating enterprises has been improved through management research and practice and the higher economic benefits have been created,many experiences have been accumulated for future similar projects.
