| With the intensification of market competition,the production service mode of manufacturing industry is gradually changing to mass personalization.More and more enterprises pay attention to user experience as the guide,the product and service group will synthesize product-service system(PSS)to improve the core competitiveness.In the era of artificial intelligence,intelligent terminal equipment has developed rapidly,especially smartphones have gone beyond their basic functions to become the most universal necessities of life work.How to realize the efficient configuration of smartphone PSS according to user demand has become the core problem of smartphone manufacturing and service providers.The essence of PSS configuration is to combine the elements of products and services that can be selected through a constraint relationship to form a PSS configuration model.On this basis,the user requirements are obtained for matching reasoning to form a configuration result.Based on semantic Web technology,this paper constructs a four-layer semantic architecture of intelligent terminal PSS configuration: The product and service module is obtained by using the mass personalized PSS module division process,the general ontology of Intelligent Terminal PSS configuration is constructed by using skeleton method,and the domain ontology of smartphone PSS configuration is established by inheriting and extending the ontology.By inheriting and extending the ontology,the example ontology of Huawei Series smartphone PSS configuration is constructed,and the semantic model of PSS configuration of smartphone is formed.On this basis,the OWL2 and SWRL are used to complete the formal editing of the configuration structure knowledge and semantic rule knowledge of the above semantic model respectively,and the OWL2 inference machine is used to Pellet the user's needs based on the above semantic model.The rules engine Drools and other tools perform the matching reasoning of the above semantic model and user requirements to obtain the configuration results.The results show that the intelligent mobile phone PSS configuration method based on semantic Web technology is correct,feasible,applicable and efficient,on the basis of which enterprises can extend the development of the corresponding intelligent customization or e-commerce system,realize the artificial intelligence of PSS or other intelligent terminal products PSS or even other PSS configuration,enhance the user's personalized needs to meet the ability and purchase experience and to shape new momentum and competitive new advantages. |
