| With the development of information technology and the deepening of academic research,the mode of multi-organizations collaborate to complete a task in a crossregional and cross-departmental way,called collaborative task mode,is gaining more and more attention and application.In practical production environment,collaborative tasks are often complicated.With the increasing scale of busines,users and resources,it is of great significance to study and improve the overall operational efficiency of business processes in collaborative tasks.At present,related researches are mainly focused on the optimization composition and selection of resource service.Among them,there is an important way to improve the efficiency by studying the operational characteristics of collaborative tasks,analyzing and mining frequent resource service sequences(FRSS)and serving the FRSS to business processes of collaborative tasks in a form of service-flow.Resource services in practical collaborative tasks have different importance information,which is of great significance to discover the business bottlenecks of collaborative tasks and thus formulating the resource service optimization management strategy.For example,mining the frequent resource service sequences according to the importance information.Therefore,the following studies are carried out.(1)Resource service importance calculation method for collaborative casksThe definition and calculation method of the resource service importance in collaborative tasks are analyzed based on the temporal relationship between resource services in business data set.Based on the frequency information of temporal relationship,this paper further considers the influence of the pre-order resource service to the post-order resource service in the temporal relationship,and then analyzes the effectiveness of the method through experiments.(2)Frequent resource service sequence mining method based on importanceAiming at the problem of analysis and mining frequent resource service sequence in collaborative tasks,a resource service importance model is constructed based on the importance information of different resource service.Based on the model,it can identify and combine some resource services as the FRSS,and it can improve the efficiency of resource service selection,and then improve the overall operational efficiency of the business process when the FRSS is served to the business process in a form of service-flow.Finally,this paper illustrate the application of above research based on a typical collaborative task application system--cloud manufacturing service platform. |
