Research And Development Of Harassing Telephone Identification And Interception Technology

With the progress of society and the development of communication industry,mobile communication has become an indispensable part of people's daily life.Although mobile communication services are bringing convenience to users,there are illegal and unhealthy social phenomena such as spam messages and telephone harassment.These kinds of behavior not only have negative effects on people's normal life and work,but occupy a large amount of communication network resources,and may even be detrimental to national security and social stability.In the case of the increasingly protruding of this problem,how to use technology to analyze and identify harassing phone calls is a challenge for current society.Although telecom operators and some Internet security companies have taken a series of measures to stop harassing phone,the effects are not ideal.Thus,this thesis inspired from the data mining and classification technology to analyze the call signaling data.According to the characteristics identified harassing phone calls to cut off the harassment telephone paging process.The main work of the thesis are as follows:1.In view of this urgent and need to be solved problem of harassment phone,I will make a feasibility analysis of the telephone on the basis of mobile communication network and bayesian classification algorithm.The feasibility analysis was made for the identification of harassing phone by signaling resolution and an overall design scheme for harassing phone identification and interception technology has been proposed.2.On the basis of the traditional Bayes classification algorithm,the classification algorithm is improved to improve the recognition accuracy by the way of feature weighting.and using Hadoop platform and parallelization method to implement classification algorithm to solve the problem of low efficiency of classification and recognition of massive data.3.This thesis complete part of the development work of harassing phone identification and interception technology.The improved Bayes classification algorithm and parallel methods have been effectively exploited to solve the problem of low accuracy and low efficiency of the mass data analysis.After the experimental demonstration,the improved classification algorithm improved the overall recognition accuracy of the harassment phone by 4.2%.The parallelization design of the algorithm improves the classification efficiency on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of recognition.In this thesis,identify and intercept technology has been implemented based on the signaling data of harassing phone calls,this technology has certain reference value for telecom operators to solve the problem of harassing phone calls.The overall effect has reached the design requirements.
