In wireless communication system,antenna is an important energy conversion device between the electrical signal and electromagnetic wave,which is widely used in various wireless communication applications.Now with the rapid development of LTE(4G)mobile communication technology and wireless communication terminals become more and more small,the design of miniaturized antennas that can cover multiple LTE bands has become a hotspots in the field of research.The thesis does the research on the multiband technology and minimization technology of microstrip antenna.In the thesis,it designs a minimization multiband microstrip antenna which uses the L-shape double radiant branches structure and parasitic patch.The thesis first designs a L-shape double radiant branches structure which it can cover the TD-LTE working bands(1880-1920MHz,2300-2390MHz,2555-2655MHz),which realize the multiband radiation of antenna.Base on the L-shape double radiant branches,an improved L-shape parasitic patch is added.A rectangular radiation patch is added at the end of the L type parasitic patch,which makes the coupling capacitance between the radiant branch and the parasitic patch increased,and making the antenna area effectively reduced by 40%.Then,a short radial branch is added to correct the frequency offset of the antenna caused by the parasitic patch.The antenna designed in this thesis meets the requirements of the TD-LTE wireless technology for the band and bandwidth of the antenna.In the design process,the ANSOFT HFSS 15 electromagnetic simulation software is used to optimize and improve the antenna design,and the results are simulated and verified.Finally,the antenna designed in this thesis is made into real object,and the antenna is tested by vector network analyzer and microwave darkroom.The total area of the PCB is 32×15 mm~2,and the FR4 dielectric substrate with thickness of1mm is adopted.The antenna space is small and can be well integrated into the wireless termination system.The measured results show that the antenna can cover the TD-LTE bands,which peak gain is larger than 4dBi.The efficiency of the antenna in the effective operating frequency range is larger than 70%.A multiband LTE micro-strip antenna is proposed in the thesis,which can meet the requirements of design specification.It has a certain practical value in the field of wireless communication.
