With the rapid development of science and technology and the widespread application of computer technology and multidisciplinary and multidisciplinary crossdisciplines,three-dimensional visualization technology has become a research hotspot in the medical field,providing a very important role for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Doctors have greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy of doctors' diagnosis by observing and analyzing the reconstructed three-dimensional model of oral teeth.Therefore,the three-dimensional reconstruction technology of medical images plays a very important application value and realization significance in the medical field.In the working process of oral CT,image preprocessing,image segmentation and threedimensional reconstruction are the key technologies to realize medical examination and diagnosis and treatment of diseases.The main research work is as follows:1.Study the specific process of 3D reconstruction and DICOM standard,and deeply analyze DICOM images to obtain relevant information in the images,and study the classical algorithms in flour rendering and volume rendering of 3D reconstruction,and compare the comprehensive effects of various algorithms,so as to lay the theoretical and practical foundation for realizing image correlation algorithms.2.Studied the image preprocessing algorithm.Through the comparison of the comprehensive effects between various algorithms,Laplacian algorithm and median filter algorithm were used to preprocess oral CT images.3.According to the multi-objective characteristics of tooth structure,the level set method and the basic principle of Chan Vese algorithm(CV)are studied.Based on the original algorithm,the local region information and image entropy reflecting the graylevel change characteristics of the image are introduced.The experimental results show that the active contour segmentation algorithm based on the CV model and the mixture of whole and part information has a good segmentation effect and is prepared for the subsequent image visualization.4.The basic principle of Marching Cubes algorithm drawn by flour is studied.Aiming at its ambiguity,an improved Marching Cubes algorithm based on progressive line discrimination method is proposed.The implementation process of MC algorithm based on GPU is introduced.Two algorithms are applied to reconstruct oral CT in thre--e dimensions and the results are compared and analyzed.According to the corresponding structure of teeth,the modified MC algorithm is adjusted to the appropriate threshold value,and the three-dimensional reconstruction effect of tooth in the root region and crown region is analyzed.
