| As one of the greatest inventions of mankind in the 20 th century,robots have experienced more than 50 years of development since the advent of the 1960 s and have made great progress.Robotics has deeply influenced and changed our lives.With the steady growth of the national economy,various industries have also developed rapidly,but fires in various dangerous places and accidents caused by fires have also occurred,which has become a major problem in modern fire fighting.At the same time,firefighters have many drawbacks when they rescue and rescue.Therefore,it is very urgent and necessary to study a practical fire-fighting robot that can replace the fire rescue personnel to remotely enter the scene of dangerous disasters for detection and rescue,to ensure the safety of firefighters,and to help firefighters better formulate fire-fighting strategies.This time,we designed a robot that can replace rescuers in the fire protection system.It introduces the research significance and background,as well as the research status of fire fighting robots at home and abroad and the classification characteristics and development direction of fire fighting robots.According to the design requirements,the analysis of the robot's fear of climbing and stress analysis is carried out,and the appropriate motor is selected.The fuzzy control method is used to control the motor.In the hardware design of the system,the minimum system of the single chip microcomputer is introduced,and the modules used are designed.For example: WIFI communication design,operator operation design,display screen design,signal acquisition design Corresponding hardware such as motor drive design.In the software design,it is mainly designed by the tasks and functions of the upper computer and the lower computer.Since the hardware design is fixed,in order to make the stability of the system good,some methods for software anti-interference are proposed during software programming.Afterwards,the fire-fighting robot was introduced to avoid obstacles and fire source detection.The binocular stereo vision was used to detect the fire source.Finally,the motor control simulation and the robot obstacle avoidance simulation were made in MATLAB.The robot designed in this paper can be used in public security,fire fighting and any place,and can effectively replace rescuers,which has high research significance and practical value. |
