This article is based on the development and research status of the neurosurgical department information management system applied both at home and abroad,combined with the actual needs of neurosurgery,developed in C# language,and runs on Windows 7 /Vista / 2000 / XP / 2003 platforms,but must be installed.There is a.Net4.0 platform.With MySQL as the system database,the design and development of a more targeted neurosurgery management system,including patient data,follow-up information,department staff data,CD-ROM video data and other departments daily data,software support rich query retrieval,data import and export,advanced query,statistical report,list printing,as well as dictionary data management,database backup and recovery.At present,the storage and management of various types of data depends on the HIS hospital information management system for management and storage.In the HIS management system,various types of data for patients admitted to the hospital have played an important role.However,due to the unified development of HIS system management functions,the functions are relatively simple and do not reflect the differences between departments.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a highly targeted department information management system based on the actual needs of clinical departments,and the department information management system helps.People have solved the above problems,and the department information management system frees medical personnel from the heavy recording work,so that the work is carried out in an orderly manner.The information management system of the neurosurgical department realizes the informationization of management,which records important information of the department.Through the neurosurgical department information management system,the realization of the functions of admission patient management,medical personnel information management,CD/DVD information management,data assisted decisionmaking and system management will be effective and unified management and overall arrangement of the department.In order to let the leaders clearly understand the overalloperation of the department,it will help to improve the efficiency of entry,query and statistics of the data of the department,and at the same time help to improve the level of diagnosis and management of the department.
