| 2.5D/3D surface conformal electrons are a new direction that has emerged in recent years in the field of flexible electronics after stretchable electrons.Aiming at the problems of circuit warping,fracture and circuit pattern mapping in the process of 2.5D surface conformal electron forming,the application of image processing is mainly used to explore the mapping relationship of the film before and after forming on the 2.5D surface model,and the characteristics of the manufacturing process.The manufacturing equipment was designed and built,and the corresponding human-computer interaction interface was developed.The main contents of this paper include:1.Introduce and analyze the process of the manufacturing process of this project,design,model and assemble a set of equipment to realize process manufacturing according to the needs and characteristics of the process.2.Design and develop a human-computer interaction interface for the automated control program of the built equipment.The Arduino Nano small controller output control signal is combined with MATLAB image processing as the host computer communication to realize the closed-loop control of the three-axis motion platform of the device,which improves the alignment precision of the device in the film and the three-dimensional model.And based on MATLAB,the corresponding human-computer interaction interface is developed,which improves the convenience of process operation.A method based on thermoforming 2.5D surface mapping relationship is proposed and verified.The circuit pattern on the surface of the film may undergo uneven stretching changes during the attachment of the film to the surface of the mold,making it difficult to achieve the desired 3D circuit pattern.This paper proposes the use of spiral wire combined with monocular vision to achieve 2.5D surface measurement,and complete the mapping relationship before and after film thermoforming.Solve the key problems between the image and the hemisphere model and the target spiral extraction.In summary,this paper introduces a closed-loop control of image recognition by aligning the 3D surface conformal electronic process analysis,and designs and assembles a set of equipment for process manufacturing.A method for mapping the pre-and postmolding of 2.5D surface films was proposed and verified.This indicates that the molding accuracy of the circuit structure in the thermoforming process can be improved based on the mapping relationship,and the failure of the circuit structure can be further avoided. |
