| Compared with the traditional contact measurement method,the structured light measurement technology has the advantages of high efficiency,simplicity and non-contact in obtaining the three-dimensional information of the detected object,but its measurement effect is very dependent on the optical reflection characteristics of the surface of the measured object.For coded structured light systems,if the measured object has surface high reflection or specular reflection characteristics,it may cause overexposure in parts of the image captured by the camera,which result in phase error and loss of measurement accuracy.Therefore,in order to solve the problems caused in the process of measuring high reflection objects,this thesis mainly carried out the following work:Firstly,in this thesis,the measurement process of coded structured light and related technologies are introduced in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of some techniques and their applications are compared.At the same time,the techniques used in the measurement process are realized by programming.Secondly,this thesis improves the adaptive fringe projection algorithm,to reduce the number of the required projection patterns and calculation in the adaptive fringe generation process,improves the accuracy of the maximum projected brightness of the adaptive fringe,and based on this,a scheme for measuring high reflection objects based on binocular coded structure light is proposed.Experiments show that the proposed scheme can effectively reduce the overexposure of high reflection objects.Thirdly,this thesis analyzes the software requirements of the coded structured light measurement process,and develops a coded structured light measurement system software to facilitate measurement experiments and data analysis.Fourthly,high reflection motor shaft and standard blocks measurement experiments are designed,and experiments show that the adaptive fringe projection algorithm improved by this paper can effectively improve the measurement effect of high reflection surfaces,and the measurement method combined with the five-layer hybrid step and adaptive fringe projection proposed in the experiment process,it not only can obtain good quality point cloud data in the process of measuring the surface of high reflection objects,but also greatly reduces the number of projection patterns.The high reflection object measurement scheme based on coded structure light proposed in this paper is not only suitable for the measurement of metal motor shaft,but also for measuring other types of high reflection objects,which has practical significance for promoting the further application of coded structured light in the engineering field. |
