| With the continuous development of information technology,mobile phone,computer and network have become important roles in people's life.The development of the information technology has promoted an industry circle that include the design,operation,support and management.In recent years,customer demand has gradually changed from single company to enterprise groups,buildings and living parks.And the maintenance management has gradually changed from single enterprise IT operation to large-scale operation and park IT operations.The huge data of users make IT workers face unprecedented pressure and challenges.ITIL is the IT infrastructure library,which was developed by the British government in the late 1980 s and is now managed by the British department of commerce.IT is mainly applicable to the management of IT services.As the "best practice" in the current international IT operation and maintenance service management field,IT provides a direction for the miscellaneous and diverse IT operation and maintenance management.This paper use ITIL to manage the IT operations of buildings and living parks.It have introduced the design,investigation research and the maintenance strategy.Based on ITIL,the managers combined with the actual situation to make the indicators more clearly.Its purpose is support for IT operation of the park,improve resource utilization rate,effort eliminate duplication and provide verifiable performance indicators.To set up a new system that layered by operation and management to meet the requirements of the business.Figure13;Table 12;Reference 55. |
