Design And Implementation Of Wireless Video Monitoring System

The wireless video surveillance system is the rear-end of the unattended substation video monitoring.It combines the wireless communication technology with digital video surveillance system.It takes the H.264 encode as the video encode technology,and takes the RTP/RTCP protocol as the real-time protocol of the media data,and takes the SIP protocol as the protocol of the control instruction,and takes the WIFI wireless net as the transmission path of the data and control instruction.It captures the real-time video,PTZ control,anomaly detection and so on.It achieves the unmanned substation video monitoring system.This paper presents a digital video surveillance system based on wireless communication.Through H.264 video compression encoding,it makes the efficient transmission in a wireless communication network WIFI.Firstly,it researched the overall design of the system from two aspects of hardware and software.And then it studied the coding algorithm and communication protocol of the system,including H.264 video coding,RTP/RTCP protocol and SIP protocol.And then it researched the design of the client,including the login,the main interface,control module,setting module and playback module.And then it studied the PTZ control design,including control protocol and SIP protocol.And then it researched the DVS software design,including hardware development,software design and video compression coding and so on.And then it studied the wireless communication design,including wireless relay design,wireless hot spot distribution design.Finally,the implementation of the system is completed,and it is tested.The test results meet the design requirements.This thesis confirms the H.264 video compression encoding,RTP/RTCP real-time protocol of the media data and the SIP protocol,by the comparative analysis of different communication protocol.And it confirms the network architecture center on database center,access server,video stream server and storage server,by the optimization of the network.And it confirms the distribution of the wireless hotspot and relay algorithm,by the optimization of the wireless hotspot.
