With the rapid development of advanced manufacturing,the demand for the non-contact,portable and high-precision measurement technology and system is increasing.At present,non-contact three-dimensional coordinate measurement technology and system mainly includes: The combination of traditional contact measurement system platform and advanced unit measurement technology,such as the coordinate measuring instrument which replaces the probe with the laser probe based on the traditional coordinate measuring system;Machine vision measurement technology and system,such as structured light,binocular vision,grating measurement,all of which are mature measurement technologies.However,the coordinate measuring instrument has the problem of the volume,low efficiency and high working environment requirements;The surface reflection of the object to be tested has a great impact on the structure light measurement;Binocular vision has the problem of less angles;The grating projection is greatly influenced by the measured environment light.Based on the research and application of visual measurement technology,in recent years,the research group proposes a new type of three-dimensional measurement method: research on 3D information acquisition technology based on integral imaging technology.The central idea of integral imaging technology is the process of recording the object to be measured and reconstructing it using a micro-lens array or a camera array.Currently the technology is mainly used in naked eye 3D display,anti-counterfeiting and other fields.Integral imaging technology consists of two processes: the recording process and the reconstruction process.The recording process is to complete the image acquisition of the object to be measured and store the three-dimensional information in the form of a two-dimensional element image array.The reconstruction process is to decode the two-dimensional information of the element image array and reconstruct the three-dimensional information.The integral imaging technology has the advantages ofmulti-angle,simple structureand high precision.But the application research on three-dimensional measurement using integral imaging is still less.The main work of this paper includes:(1)The integral imaging system is designed and the system parameters are analyzed and optimized based on the research of integral imaging technology.(2)Based on the three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm and the theory of the corresponding points,a three-dimensional measurement algorithm based on integrated imaging technology is proposed and a simulation experiment of 3D measurement algorithm is designed and completed using 3DSmax software platform.(3)In order to eliminate the camera array deviation and improve the measurement accuracy,element image correction and feature point extraction algorithm based on integrated imaging system is proposed.(4)The integral imaging experiment system was built and the three-dimensional measurement software was prepared.In addition,the three-dimensional measurement experiment based on small field of view and the part aperture positioning experiment based on camera array are designed using the algorithm.The experimental results show the correctness and validity of the above research contents,which lays the foundation for further practical application research.
