| Notebook motherboard mass production,there will be a short circuit,the components of the wrong and lead to the motherboard voltage output point to ground resistance and voltage anomalies.Manual measurement of each test point to ground resistance and voltage values,will invest a lot of manpower and waste a lot of time,do not test the direct assembly,the assembly machine is still in need of testing before leaving the factory,then find fault and then return to work,you need to Machine to re-disassemble,this will cause unnecessary economic losses,but also delays in product delivery.Based on the above reasons,this paper developed a set of auxiliary measurement system to achieve rapid,automatic measurement purposes,the measurement and control system in the circuit board testing has a good reference value.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First,the motherboard deformation test and control.Through the establishment of the mechanical model of the main board,launched the motherboard at a point the size and orientation of the main stress.Reference chip manufacturer data combined with a large number of experiments to find out the location of the motherboard chip stress extreme point.According to the relationship between stress and deformation,a method of testing deformation is designed.For the motherboard chip instantaneous or steady state deformation exceeded the issue,given the specific adjustment program.Second,determine the measurement project and design measurement plan.Through the analysis of motherboard power-on timing and the motherboard circuit diagram,come to a specific measurement project,measuring project sequence and specifications.Fast switching through the solid state relay test points,to achieve a different measurement of measurement items.Aiming at the problem of frequently connecting the main circuit board in series with the multimeter to measure the current,a special electric measuring conversion circuit is designed to measure the current.Thirdly,measurement and control system software design.Designed a host computer measurement and control software,real-time acquisition of the motherboard test data.Design a login interface and control mechanism to control the testing process.Different models for different test items and specifications,designed a special menu options to facilitate the rapid replacement of species.Finally,the system stability verification and economic benefit analysis.In order to verify the stability of the system,three testing machines were set up to verify the performance of the machine.Possible system errors and errors are analyzed,and feasible monitoring and elimination methods are put forward.In terms of economic benefits,the cost savings of the entire measurement and control system are analyzed based on a line.Analysis shows that the measurement and control system has good value. |
