Research Of Load Balancing Optimization And Data Analysis Of Explosion-proof Device Cloud Based On Open Stack

Explosion-proof equipment cloud platform will deal with more than one area of explosion-proof equipments,through theacquisition of handheld computer,and then re-transmitted to the cloud platform for unified management.Analyzing the collected data in the platform to obtain the condition of the equipment.Openstack is the basis of the platform.Open Stack has open source characteristics,scalable features,both of which make it popular in today's cloud platform research.But it can not meet the needs of the cloud platform in the load balancing.Through the research and literature review,this paper makes load balancing by using Nginx reverse proxy server.For the way of the Nginx,this paper improved load balancing based on Nginx WLC algorithm for cloud platform,and before thisbalancing,also making a DNS domain name resolution,effectively meet the load demand.In the aspect of data storage,it uses Memcache to design;In terms of message processing,it uses RabbitMQ;In the aspect of data analysis,it puts forward the component analysis algorithm.By settingparameter it can showwearing parts conveniently.This also adds indispensable one of the characteristics ofautomaticmanagement of explosion-proof equipmentcloud platform.The design of peak clipping when it is overloadingand early warning mechanism,not only greatly meeting the basic work in the cloud platform,but also ensuring its stable and normal operation.Explosion proof equipment cloud platform solved the problem of unified management of equipment.Data analysisprovides an intuitive management for the operation of the equipment and health status.Experimental data shows that the platform can meet the management of explosion-proof equipment.
