With the rapid development of economy,the demand for electric power application has been increasing rapidly and continuously.The number of electric power users has increased from 7,000 in 1997 to 7,000 in 2015.In order to ensure the safety of power supply and utilization,the number of equipments running on the power grid has increased rapidly,the complexity has become higher and higher,the system has become stronger and stronger,and the power dispatching has become more and more systematic.The normal operation is increasingly dependent on the safety of equipment.The new situation puts forward higher requirements for the response ability,service ability,innovation ability and management ability of power equipment support.Operation and maintenance of electric power equipment system is one of the daily management work.However,the simple computer recording and inquiry method often exists that the records are not timely,the information recording data is too large to be convenient for inquiry and so on.The equipment management system belongs to the internal data of electric power.And assets,and the use of simple documentation can not meet the security requirements of the State Grid on power information security requirements.Therefore,the design and development of equipment operation and maintenance management system based on network and software technology can meet the above requirements,but also has the advantages of easy maintenance,saving manpower and financial resources.The design and development of this system is based on the actual use of a power company needs,according to the design and development of software engineering standards and procedures customized development of a set of management software.In this paper,the design and development of the system,first of all,starting from the research status of the equipment operation management system at home and abroad,analysis of the domestic and foreign research results and dynamics of the system,and made a detailed description and introduction.Secondly,in the design and development of the system,software technology and related database knowledge,as well as code implementation and software testing technology are studied and analyzed.Architecturally speaking,in order to achieve the relative stability of the software and later portability,the system uses the B / S framework development,the framework usedSSH framework.In the selection of database,the system uses MySQL database,mainly based on the database is easy to use,for small and medium-sized systems with greater flexibility.In the functional design,first from the user's point of view,collate the real needs of users,and consider the stability,security,economy and portability of the system for a comprehensive analysis.After the analysis is completed,the system is divided into power equipment management,operation and maintenance management,system management,and data query and analysis module.Chapter 3 implements the module and code of the system in detail;Chapter 4 shows the function of the interface and module of software design and development;Chapter 5 tests and verifies the software to solve the software bugs and design defects in the system development by verifying and comparing with the requirement documents.At present,the system has been officially put into operation in an electric power company.Through the operation of the system,the equipment management of the enterprise will play a great role in promoting,solving the practical difficulties of the enterprise,saving costs,and improving the management level of the enterprise,with obvious economic news and social benefits.
