With the galloping development of economy and the common use of computer technology,the customer relationship management has become one of the core businesses of China's bank.Nowadays,domestic banks have already boasted world-class computer networks and technology platforms.The completion of bank's data gathering projects and the full operation of business integrated system,coupled with remarkable achievements brought by the construction of data warehouse,have significantly improved operation management and informationization of financial service of banks.Based on the existing research results,this paper designs and implements the bank customer relationship management system for specific banks.The main research work is as follows:1.Research on the business of bank customer relationship management.Collect data related to bank customer relationship management,investigate the development trend and current research status of banking CRM,and complete business processes encompassing AUM,customer ranking,customer adjustment,bank approval and the use case model of system users including customer,account manager and chief manager.2.Study on the architecture and data system of the banking CRM.As the system leverages JavaEE,a cutting-edge computer technology,it requires deeper knowledge and understanding of application frameworks such as Struts,Spring,MyBatis,etc.before the work proceeds,and needs to establish an overall architecture of the management system,network architecture and business logic architecture.The data system of the CRM serves as an underpinner for the building of the system,establishing a business data model mainly based on the business in a way that helps determine related information of the datasheets.3.Completion of the design and implementation of the management system.A function module in design corresponds to the business logic,front-end page design and core algorithm.And on the basis of these foundations,complete the implementation of functions which include setting module of the system,customer jurisdiction model,customer adjustment model,customer ranking module,customer reminder module and statistical analysis module.The management system of CRM developed by the paper begins with thebanking business and basically meets bank's demands of managing sub-banks in the management area,which improves the management efficiency.The management system based on JavaEE comes as a lightweight application,while its powerful function,along with high efficiency and stability,has drew lessons for improving the management and informationization of China's financial market.
