In recent years,the Internet of Things technology is developing rapidly,and food safety issues are getting more and more attention from the public.To solve food safety problems,the government and related organizations have gradually established and standardized food safety management systems.The traditional traceability system is usually built on the above food safety management system.It is regulated,maintained and managed by a certain department or organization,and the downstream enterprises are forced to perform.This centralized management requires the management to be absolutely reliable.That means,the administrator needs a great cost to secure data and needs the trust of users and the traceability system participants.To solve the problem above,this thesis will build a traceability system based on blockchain technology,which is de-centralized,maintained by untrusted participants and whose data can not be tampered with.In this thesis,a blockchain is designed to store traceability information,which will have greater throughput than traditional blockchains.Since maintaining a blockchain with high security will cost a lot of money,this thesis will use Merkel tree to design a way to associate the above blockchain with a public blockchain with a large user base and computing power.Thus the chains are associated by a "double-stranded" structure.The blockchain storing the traceability information can utilize the high security of the public blockchain to ensure the data security of the blockchain storing the traceability information.Using the above-mentioned "double-chain" structure,the traceability system described in this paper will have high throughput,low cost and high security.This thesis will describe the traceability system using the above-mentioned "double-chain" structure,and use QT,nodejs,react,openssl,mysql,QrCode,boostAsio and smart contracts to implement a prototype system and test.
