As China Mobile Communications Group clearly proposes a four-network collaborative development strategy,the GSM system as the main carrier of voice services and voice distribution network is an important strategic measure for the company to achieve sustainable development.According to the actual situation in Tibet,Tibet Mobile has made great efforts to build TD-LTE and use GSM as an important guarantee for voice down.After years of network construction and optimization,Tibet Mobile has basically achieved effective coverage in most areas,but there are still some weak coverage points in the Nyingchi area,which has led to a higher proportion of online complaints,in order to meet Linzhi City,The voice drop and business diversion of county towns,tourist attractions and key national roads and rural areas,mobile companies have the responsibility to provide quality communication service guarantees and enhance user perception.Therefore,expanding network coverage,improving network capacity,and improving network service quality have become an important direction for mobile companies to vigorously develop communication engineering.At present,most communication projects are built with certain risks.How to comprehensively recognize risks,assess risks and take necessary measures to deal with these risks has become a problem that must be faced by communication engineering construction teams in various regions.Based on the needs of the author's work,this paper selects the 3G wireless network expansion project in Linzhi area in 2016 as the research object,and proposes the risk management research of the communication engineering construction project,in order to steadily advance various tasks and ensure the smooth realization of the project construction goals.The full text is divided into six chapters.It will use the theory of project risk management,through investigation and research,comprehensive analysis and other means,try to combine the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation to carry out a beneficial attempt to risk management of 3G wireless network expansion projects in Linzhi area..Based on the background and significance of the research,this paper clarifies the research ideas and methods based on the research status of risk management at home and abroad.Then,in order to ensure that the arguments and methods of this paper are well-founded,the relevant theoretical knowledge points of project management and project risk management are summarized and summarized.Then,based on a brief overview of the 3G wireless network expansion project in Nyingchi,the status of project risk management is analyzed,and the necessity of project risk management is put forward.Then,according to the basic steps and main contents of the project risk management,the risk management identification,evaluation,risk response and monitoring of the 3G wireless network expansion project in Nyingchi Prefecture were carried out,and a comprehensive project risk management analysis was adopted.The type of source was identified,the risk was evaluated by AHP,and the risk was dealt with and monitored by applicable strategies and measures.Finally,the paper summarizes and forecasts the full text.This paper proposes that the risk management research of 3G wireless network expansion project in Linzhi area provides an important reference for the implementation of risk management in Tibet Mobile's communication engineering construction.At the same time,Linzhi Branch avoids the blindness of communication construction project risk management and enhances its own risk control.Ability to achieve sustainable development,gain core competitiveness and win more profits.
