The visual prosthesis is an important means of artificial restoration of vision.It transmits the image information collected in vitro to the body through the skin channel.The stimulator implanted in the body controls the electrode array to generate micro current according to the received information.Stimulating the undamaged neurons to produce phoenix vision,which restores the patient's vision to some extent The stimulator implanted in the body needs to be stably energized to work properly,so it is necessary to design an energy transfer unit for the visual prosthesis.Based on the principle of coil mutual inductance coupling,this paper designs an implantable,pollution-free and high-efficiency transcutaneous energy wireless transmission system,which is applied to the optic nerve visual prosthesis device for its stable.energy supply.The research contents of this thesis include:First,the overall design of the external energy transmission and the in vivo energy receiving circuit,build the circuit and use Multisim 10.0.1 software simulation to verify the function of the eneregy wireless transmission system,and obtain the parameters of the internal receiving circuit.Second,the in-vivo energy receiving circuit is converted into an integrated active unit.Based on the SMIC 0.18μm CMOS process,the active full-wave rectifier and BUCK DC-DC converter are designed by Cadence Spectre software to improve energy wireless transmission efficiency and system stability.Sex.Thirdly,using the LSK modulation and demodulation principle,Multisim 10.0,1 software is used to design the in-vivo data reverse transmission unit,and a demodulation circuit is added in vitro to monitor the information of the implant in real time.Experimental results show that the system provides a stable.0.9V DC operaing voltage for the internal stimulator and a load current of up to 20mA.Under weak coupling conditions,the energy transfer efficiency of the system is 35.1%.The visual prosthetic energy wireless transmission system designed in this paper avoids the problems of biological tissue infection and skin perforation caused by wired transmission,improves the energy transmission efficiency,and has certain reference significance for the research of energy transmission mode of visual prosthesis.
