The development of economic globalization makes the complex and competitive market environment,and the depth integration of information technology and industrialization has become an important way to enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.In the solutions of information technology,MES plays the role of connecting with the business plan layer and process control layer bidirectional communications,production and management activities to become the link and bridge information exchange Meanwhile,manufacturing production in large quantities from the past turned to many varieties,small batch production and mass customization.In order to adapt this change,manufacturing enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,urgently need a kind of both rapid response personalized business restructuring requirements,and reduce the development cost,difficulty and period of manufacturing management information system of autonomous development platform,to cope with competition and challenge.Based on the discrete manufacturing enterprise,instance as the prototype,based on positive component identification,in the combination of qualitative and quantitative way,put forward a kind of based on MES business activity node correlation and visualization platform of component development and visual development.First of all,in the flexible manufacturing of the discrete manufacturing enterprise workshop,on the basic of field research,applying the idea of domain engineering,based on UML of the enterprise business modeling method,from business requirements,static and dynamic behavior structure map domain model and implementation point of view,providing theoretical basis for the business component identification.Second,based on UML business model as input,according to model dynamic behavior of business activities nodes and static structural model characteristics,determines the dynamic association of each active nodes and static correlation degree,with a total correlation as input,using fuzzy clustering algorithm,divided into high cohesion and low coupling business component.Meanwhile,the process of production scheduling in MES function as an example,to establish active node correlation matrix,the generated type pratedrm independent business component.Then,combining the characteristics of visual development platform itself,using member hierarchical thinking member of the business analysis and design,according to the service to the business component transverse decomposed into platform-based software components.At the same time,in view of the reusable components are identified,MES component library design and implementation,implementing organization and management of components.Finally,based on the visual platform and related configuration,in terms of component-based system development,the first business requirement analysis of system,the business component two levels of components reuse software component development method,select applicable component from the component library,based on the idea of component oriented implement specific functions,improve software development efficiency.At the same time,in view of the factors influencing the system reconfigurable,instantiating the reconfigurable function research.
