With the rapid development of information technology and the arrival of the era of big data,digital information technology has developed rapidly.Among the sources of digital information,wide-format high-speed scanners are widely used as computer input devices for image information,finance,education systems and other fields.Due to the different needs in different fields,different requirements are required for the scanning speed,scanning format and scanning accuracy of wide-format high-speed scanners.The traditional photoelectric wide-width highspeed scanner has low scanning precision and small format,which cannot meet the high-speed development.The needs of the digital age.CIS contact image sensor has the characteristics of high precision,small size and light weight.CIS is widely used as image acquisition device for wide-format high-speed scanner in large-scale fields such as engineering drawings and advertisements,and domestic wide-format high-speed scanner based on CIS.The development of technology started relatively late,so it is very important to develop a CIS wide-format highspeed scanner system with independent intellectual property rights.According to the functional requirements of the wide-format high-speed scanner system,the paper completes the overall scheme design and function realization from two aspects of hardware structure and software design.The hardware platform of the wide-format high-speed scanner selects the "FPGA+ARM" dual-processor architecture,selects the CIS image sensor CM624A3C8 to complete the image acquisition of the scanned object,and outputs 8 analog signals in parallel,and completes the module through 3 A/D conversion chips HT82V38.The digital conversion is performed,and the converted digital signal is output to the FPGA.The FPGA mainly implements functions such as CIS timing control,A/D chip driving,data splicing storage,stepping motor driving,etc.,and transmits the processed image data to the ARM processing.The ARM processor mainly performs functions such as image correction,filtering,compression encoding,storage,and communication.The system software design mainly includes: the underlying driver design under Linux system,the transplantation of kernel driver,the transplantation of USB driver,and the collection,processing and data storage of image data.This paper completed the schematic diagram of the system hardware circuit and the PCB design of the AD conversion module.The Xilinx XUP V5-LX110 T FPGA development board was selected.The design and simulation verification of the FPGA related function module were completed by Verilog HDL language.The image processing algorithm was completed by Matlab and OpenCV.The simulation verification has certain theoretical significance and good practical value.
