| Manufacturing informatization and economic globalization have enabled the manufacturing industry to develop rapidly.In the ever-expanding and changeable workshop production environment,manufacturing enterprises urgently need to know the production links of the workshop for production monitoring and management.At present,in many manufacturing enterprises which implement MES system,the manual paper collection/input system still occupy the dominant position in the way of data acquisition.Especially in small and medium-sized enterprises which mainly consist of manual workshop.Due to the low digitalization degree of equipment and insufficient data acquisition methods,the integrity,accuracy and timeliness of production data are poor.All these aspects make it difficult for manufacturing enterprises to meet the development needs of informatization and real-time.With the development of Internet of Things technology,it provides an effective solution for the shortage of workshop data acquisition methods.Based on the analysis of the current situation of data acquisition in typical manual stamping workshop,the research and design of production data acquisition and processing system are carried out.The system realizes the real-time collection and transmission of production data through sensors,RFID,ZigBee and other technologies.The real-time monitoring of workshop production status can be realized by visualizing the data after processing and analysis.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the current situation of workshop operation flow and data acquisition,the functional requirements of the system are analyzed with the manual stamping workshop as the research object.The overall design of the system is carried out,and the system architecture,network architecture and functional model are constructed.(2)On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of production data in stamping workshop,the data are unified classified and the data static model is built by UML class diagram.A mathematical model for basic data,process data,data acquisition and data statistical analysis of stamping workshop is studied.Data flow and interactions were analyzed by DFD between production data,system function modules and workshop staff.(3)Based on the analysis of data acquisition process and data acquisition mode in workshop,the overall scheme of data acquisition is put forward.According to the characteristics of workshop equipment,a punch counting terminal based on sensor and ZigBee is designed.The feasibility of terminal data acquisition is verified by the stamping simulation experiment table.The production data acquisition process was designed by using RFID technology and punch counting terminal.(4)On the basis of the above research and design,the prototype of production data acquisition and processing system based on B/S architecture is developed by using Eclipse,Java,and MySQL.The data is displayed through part of the system function interface. |
