Design And Implementation Of Mobile Metrology Detection And CRM Platform Based On Data Mining

With the country's comprehensive liberalization of the metrology and calibration market,the development of metrology technology institutions has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.However,the national statutory metrological verification institutions still have many problems in the process of expanding the measurement and testing business.Such as,there are still many shortcomings in not paying attention to market development,poor management of customer resources,and traditional B/S based measurement and detection systems.This paper mainly carried out the related design and implementation of mobile metrology detection and customer relationship management(CRM)platform.The specific work includes the following points:1.A CRM mobile inspection platform for the metrology and inspection industry is designed and developed.Combining the measurement detection industry with the concept of CRM,the clustering algorithm in data mining is applied to the mobile client,which can fill the gap between the current CRM and the measurement detection industry on the mobile side.2.It realizes the registration and login of employees on the mobile client,the input and inquiry of information of measurement and detection instruments,and the function of other related information inquiry.The paper takes the measurement and instrumentation management process of the Measurement and Research Institute of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,and develops the mobile platform for measurement and detection according to the needs of the measurement and testing business.3.The server can modify and delete the metering information,user information and entrustment order information of the mobile terminal.The metrology detection and CRM platform adopts the C/S mode based on Android client and server.The data storage uses MySQL database to enable information to interact on the client and server side instead of the traditional browser interaction form.The customer can complete the relevant inquiry of the measurement and detection on the client side.The measurement verifier can input and query the detailed information of the checked measuring instrument through the client,which brings convenience to the measurement and detection work and improves work efficiency.The server side is mainly for the background administrator,and can add,delete and modify the measurement related information of the client.
