Abstract/Summary:
Infrared thermal imager temperature measurement technology is one of the rapidly developing high-techs nowadays.It is widely used in military,paramilitary and civil fields.It also plays an irreplaceable role.Nowadays,those developed countries,who depend on the Industrial Manufacturing Industry,such as the United States,Germany,Britain and France,attach great importance to the research and application of infrared thermography technology.Grasping the development process,application field and development trend of thermal imager technology is of great help to inspire scientific and rational development ideas.It will help to optimize the development of industrial technology in China.Because infrared temperature measurement does not need to contact with the measured object,the infrared temperature measurement range is wide and the application is simple and efficient.However,the accuracy of the infrared temperature measurement is difficult to reach a satisfactory degree,and the development of the infrared temperature measurement method is limited.Therefore,how to improve the temperature measurement of infrared temperature measurement technology is the direction that scholars at home and abroad have been working hard.Based on the existing temperature measurement technology at home and abroad,combined with the measurement specifications of infrared thermal imager,this paper analyzes the influencing factors affecting the temperature measurement of infrared thermal imager from the direction of measurement and calibration,and proposes a method to improve the measurement accuracy.And the application research of the typical application field of the thermal imager.The details are as follows:First of all,the paper briefly introduces the development of infrared thermal imager and its temperature measurement technology in recent decades,and puts forward the difficulties of temperature measurement technology.Secondly,the composition and temperature measurement principle of the infrared thermal imager and some main performance parameters are introduced.Starting from the measurement specifications of infrared thermal imager,according to the radiation temperature measurement method and the temperature measurement principle of infrared thermal imager,the surface emissivity,atmospheric transmittance,background ambient temperature,the effect on the temperature measurement error and other factors of the measured object in the temperature measurement of the infrared thermal imager are analyzed,and put forward the operation method to eliminate the influence.Thirdly,through the test methods in the field of measurement and the design flaws in the field,the effects of the size of the black body radiation source on the accuracy of temperature measurement are tested,and the influence caused by the use of the radiation source as the reference standard is avoided as far as possible in the operation.
