With the rapid development of urban metro transportation and internet,the phenomenon of metro phubbing has become more and more serious and brought people neck health problems as well as public transport safety problems.Bad behavioral habits are the main cause of cervical spondylosis.Studies have shown that when muscles are fatigued,proper relief is important for the health of the neck muscles.However,it is still to be studied how to carry out the fatigue identification and judgment of the neck muscles.In recent years,surface EMG signals have been widely used in experiments to test muscle activity,and have proven to be a better method for showing muscle activity.This article explores the relationship between the use of mobile phone time and neck fatigue for phubbers in the subway.Subsequently,this topic will persuade the design to introduce the phubber APP design and use persuasion techniques to change the behavior and attitude of passengers.The contents of this study are as follows:Firstly,the causes of metro phubbing and related theories on neck fatigue evaluation were summarized during previous literature study while the future of persuasion design was analyzed in the field.After that,field observation experiments and laboratory simulation experiments using different evaluation methods were carried out to obtain the experimental data and the experimental conclusion was obtained.Secondly,it expounds the relevant theories of persuasion design and conducts behavior analysis.Through the questionnaire survey to understand the habits of passengers taking the subway,analyze the reasons for the behavior.Based on passenger behavior research and persuasion design theory,the corresponding metro phubbers behavior change model and persuasion strategy are proposed.Then,the persuasive service module design was carried out,and the persuasion service system for subway passengers was proposed.According to the behavior change model and persuasion strategy of the metro phubber,the APP functional architecture was proposed,the user interface and process were designed,and the prototype design of the persuasion system was completed.Finally,the neck fatigue evaluation model was proposed through simulation experiments.The evaluation model can detect and judge the fatigue level of the passenger's neck and assist the passengers in arranging the time of using the mobile phone reasonably.The design of the neck massager is designed to complete the function of the massager and the vibration reminder.The product is verified by application and provides reference and reference for behavioral persuasive product design.
