With the high-speed development of internet,Telecom operator improve sales value according to construct traditional and physical channels has become more and more difficult,such as high construction cost,the difficulty of satisfying special service.Therefore,Telecom operators must change their business operation mode quickly;move the offline business to online,which has become very necessary.The main content of my thesis is about marketing system design and implementation of Telecom operators virtual agent,which is based to B2C2C(Business To Customers To Customers),B2B2C(Business To Business To Customers)Internet operation mode.The system realized constructing virtual business hall online for individual person or third party enterprises.According to virtual hall online,we can sale telephone number and contract product of Telecom operators.The individual person and third party enterprises can gain commission from Telecom operators by sale these products.Meanwhile,the system helps Telecom operators virtual agent to develop their channels online.The system includes front desk and backstage two parts,twenty functions in all.The paper focus on several main functions,which includes agent register?agent data auditing?resource information maintenance and agent instead customer buy product,it also focus on demand analysis?model design?database design and writing program,it gives some solution plan about system security.The system designs based on B/S structure,used on Windows operating system,developed by.NET technology and C# language,database adopt SQL server 2008 technology.
