| Rubber processing industry is one of the important fields of rubber industry,among of them,the silicon rubber has been widely used for the superior physical properties.The turbocharger of the automobile engine is one of the important application fields.Mostly of them has a three dimensional irregular structure.Water coated cloth is an important step before vulcanization rubber hose.Artificial winding and coated is usually used in Industrial production,the productivity is low,the labor intensity is big,he production efficiency enhancement is restricted.This paper work at this special processing to analysis and research,developed a set of robot based automation winding workstation,designed additional equipment of robot,use the virtual simulation software verified the feasibility of automatic winding,designed the work station control system and describe the matters need attention when in equipment installation and commissioning process.This paper firstly discusses the present situation of the rubber hose processing industry,the process flow,the development of the robot application,and the analysis of this specific project,on this basis to determine the overall project design.According to the requirements of the system,determined the suitable for the workstation of ABB4400 type robot,and design the graduation rotary device and winding machine,as an auxiliary system of execution device,using SolidWorks to complete the solid modeling.The virtual simulation software RobotStudio was used to create the virtual silicon rubber tube winding robot workstation to simulate the running process of the workstation.By creating the dynamic effects of Smart components,the coordination action between the robot and the auxiliary equipment is simulated,and the simulation results confirm the feasibility of the system.According to the mechanical part of the overall control requirements designed the control system.Based on the analysis of control system's requirement and motion flow,determined the system's main components,completed the design of electrical principle diagram,completed the PLC ladder diagram of control program,designed the friendly man-machine interface,and the system of pneumatic system.According to the preliminary design and planning of the system and the parameters of the system needed to be considered when designed each part,introduced the system in the equipment to pay attention to the content of the stage.This research of this paper can effectively improve the production efficiency of rubber processing,reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the stability of product quality For other rubber industry automation research has a certain reference value. |
