As an important part of hospital information System,laboratory Information System(LIS)is responsible for the interaction of data tasks with the testing equipment in the inspection department,and develops toward standardization,generalization and information networking with the progress of technology.The traditional LIS system,most of which adopt simple health information transmission protocol,can only serve single testing equipment,and can not meet the needs of modern laboratory information management,and the interface software in the form of middleware realizes the unified management of a variety of testing equipment,which leads to the LIS middleware system technology.Relied on the Jiangsu Province scientific and technological achievements transformation project,and the biochemical blood testing equipment are taken as the application background,the deep study of the LIS Middleware system software development realization based on the middleware technology is presented in this dissertation.The LIS middleware system consists of client software and Web application software.Functionally,the detection results upload and detection tasks are distributed as the core,and the HL7/ASTM two medical information transmission standard protocols are used as data exchange standards.The system supports the unified management and real-time data exchange of a variety of different operating platform detection devices,and provides real-time interactive interfaces that adapt to the LIS standard data formats and communication processes to realize the management of network information..Firstly,the background and motivations of the current research status of LIS and middleware technology are summarized.The functional requirement of LIS for biochemistry and blood testing equipment are analyzed,and the functions of LIS middleware system are introduced.The design frame and operation principle of LIS middleware system is discussed.Aiming at the information exchange problem of LIS middleware system,the information exchange model of LIS middleware system is designed,then on this basis,the design scheme of data exchange with different platforms is discussed.Combined with general medical information transmission standard,the communication flow and the standard protocol parsing package based on the standard protocols of HL7 and ASTM are discussed in detail.Around the requirements of the business process in LIS middleware system,the principle and process of client software design from the functions of detection equipment connection management,data storage and query,multithreading management etc.is given in detail,then the software structure and design principle of Web application is discussed,and the client software communication management,Database storage,background business etc.module design and implementation process are discussed in detail.On this basis,the weighted polling algorithm is designed to realize the task dynamic allocation in LIS middleware system,and the adjustment strategy of the detection task is given for the dynamic change of client nodes.At the same time,the control of traffic flow is designed by the token bucket algorithm to keep the stability of system.Finally,based on the evaluation of the performance of the whole system,combined with the typical application of biochemical testing equipment,the simulated LIS system is developed,and the system function test scheme and evaluation analysis of the function modules of standard protocol parsing package,data uploading,inspection task issuing and data query tracking are given.The correctness of the whole structure design and function module development of LIS middleware system is demonstrated.
