The global semiconductor industry is a technology-intensive and capital-intensive mature market with annual value of more than 300 billion.The industry is highly competitive and slow down in recent year.The China semiconductor marker is the top 1 market with rapid development and account for more than 50% of the market share,while the domestic supplier is with small size and with low level of technology and hard to meet the demand,so the authority is promoting the localization of the industry with big funding.E semiconductor is a foreign invested test and assembly company locate in Pearl River Delta,and his parent company X group is currently controlled by Chinese consortium.This Paper will apply the theory of Management and Strategy Management to analysis E Semiconductor Company.With the PEST,Porter five force model,and SWOT method to analysis the internal and external environment within E Company and finally conclude the core competency for E company.The Differentiation strategy shall be applied to E Company and the company shall follow the industry trend on miniaturization,power efficiency and high quality to optimize its product portfolio.Customer service shall be reformed to meet the surging demand in emerging country such as China and catering Automobile and Mobile section,provide total solution to customer by innovation,continuous improve the overall quality and benchmarking to stringent automobile quality standard,lower the cost by operation excellence and capacity expansion it is key to attain the customer satisfaction to ensure a success over the competition.To achieve this,the management ownership and accountability principal and details schedule for the strategy implementation was defined,together with organization restructure to setup dedicated sales team,improved the human resource management to motivate the workforce and refined the company culture to be more aggressive and focus on customer satisfaction.This paper try to explore how E company develop its competitive strategy by adapt and analysis the new environment,adjust its focus to rapid developed market sector such as China Market and automobile / mobile sector,it is beneficial to those manufacturer who are in the similar circumstance to setup its new strategy to accomplish its success.
