Design And Implementation Of Regional Occupational Crime Information Judgment System

In recent years,public security organs have found that crimes such as burglary,Telecom fraud,PS extortion and so on are increasing year by year,and reflect the characteristics of professionalism,cross-regional,migration and gangs.Because of the obvious regional characteristics of the groups committing crimes,the crimes committed by these groups are obvious.Crime is collectively referred to as regional professional crime.The rapid proliferation of regional occupational crime groups in some areas has become a prominent problem affecting social security and stability,seriously endangering the vital interests of the people.How to effectively deal with its professional means of committing crimes,and how to use information technology to improve the detection and attack ability of the units handling cases have become an important issue for the public security organs.In the process of investigating and handling such cases,it is found that besides the obvious regional characteristics of the perpetrators,regional occupational crimes have certain similarities in their methods,time and crowd of crime choices.Classifying and storing these characteristic information and launching data analysis can do well to case strings and also,have a positive role in case detection.At present,the case information system established by the public security organs is only a process system of law enforcement and case handling.Its main function lies in the examination and approval of law enforcement.It does not have the function of case investigation and adjudication,nor does it specially classify,store and process the information of regional cases.Therefore,this paper puts forward a regional occupational crime information research and judgment system,whose functions mainly include:(1)supplementary collection of regional occupational crime cases and the characteristics of the personnel involved;(2)data analysis of the regional occupational crime cases under investigation,such as case collusion,Personnel Association analysis;(3)To collect and manage case clues with regional characteristics of occupational crime,and carry out automatic correlation analysis in the background.This paper mainly puts forward an information research and judgment system,specially for investigating and handling regional occupational crime cases,which focuses on the actual needs of handling cases.Firstly,this paper carries out a detailed demand analysis on the current situation of investigative departments of publicsecurity organs investigating regional occupational crime cases.Secondly,this paper designs a regional occupational crime information research and Adjudication System Based on B/S(browser/server)architecture according to its actual needs.The system is mainly divided into case information collection,intelligent retrieval,case information series and parallel,user management and other functional modules.This paper designs and implements the whole information research and evaluation system by using the system development software which is widely used at present,including adopting B/S structure,using JAVA programming language,using SQL SERVER 2017 database management software to manage relevant data,using control access,transmission data encryption and other technology to ensure the system.Safety of operation and management.The design and implementation of information research and judgment system for regional occupational crime has practical application value for public security organs to crack down on multiple cases of infringing property,especially regional occupational crimes.It provides a more detailed theoretical data support for investigators,and carries out intelligence information analysis,judgment and decision for the next step.Strategic deployment lays the foundation.
